Allergic reactions
We understand that sometimes some products may not be suitable for your skin type. Pure Couleur will refund or credit the product that caused the allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Pure Couleur reserves the right to request a doctor's letter or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Delivery
Pure couleur offers free shipping on all orders of 250$ and more of permanent makeup placed in Quebec.
- The shipping cost is $18.00 for orders under the minimum purchase amount
- Delivery fees are $40.00 for orders outside Quebec but within Canada
- Shipping charges are $120.00 for orders outside the country
- All orders are delivered by carrier.
- Orders will be prepared and shipped within 5 business days.
- Delivery can take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
* If the carrier, after several delivery attempts to your address, returns the package to us, an ADDITIONAL fee of $18 will be charged for the return to our store and another ADDITIONAL fee of $18 for a second delivery. No refunds will be made if this situation occurs. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that someone will be able to receive the package or pick it up at your designated drop-off center.

Return Policy
Pure Couleur does not accept returns or exchanges of opened, unsealed or used merchandise, unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. (Please see the "Allergic Reactions" section below.) Makeup is not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene concerns.
We will exchange or refund any unopened or damaged product upon delivery with photo support. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging intact, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. Makeup will not be refunded, exchanged or credited For hygiene reasons makeup will not be refunded. All permanent makeup equipment such as machines and needles are non-refundable, it is a final sale.
The shipping costs of the return will be at the expense of the consumer.
